Expect a thoughtfully curated day blending experiential wellness (breath work, ice baths, sound healing, recovery tech) with expert-led panels on nutrition, exercise, hormones, and longevity science. Plus, networking opportunities with like-minded individuals.

Our speakers include world-renowned longevity experts like Dr. Elie Abirached and Emilian Popa, and respected local leaders such as Fareed Khimani, alongside a range of wellness practitioners guiding the experiential activities.
5. What’s included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes full access to all experiences, keynote talks, panel sessions, wellness activities, a nutritious lunch, refreshments, and a healthy cocktail hour.
6. What should I wear/bring?
We recommend comfortable, wellness-appropriate attire (think athleisure) for breathwork, light movement, and recovery experiences. A water bottle and yoga mat are also encouraged.
7. Where is the event being held?
The event will take place at Entim Sidai, Karen, a serene, nature-based wellness venue perfect for a day of holistic restoration.
8. What are the event timings?
The event runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with doors opening at 9:00 AM for registration and check-in.

15. Can I pay via M-Pesa and not in USD?
We prefer payment through our tickets site Luma but if you are unable to contact us at info@mylongevityunlocked.com. If you are unable to pay through our tickets site please contact us via the email provided.

By attending this event you consent to your picture and video being taken. If you have an issue with this please let us know on registeration.
